Events organized in 2012, 2011 and 2010 year

Dnia 26 kwietnia 2012 r. zajęliśmy się organizacją lunchu dla [mu:d] GmbH Büro für Ereignisse na 400 os. Nasza obsługa cateringowa tego dnia obejmowała również śniadanie dla tejże liczby osób. Dodatkowo przez tydzień zapewnialiśmy codzienne wyżywienie dla członków ekipy pracowniczej.

Dnia 02 kwietnia 2012 r. współpracowaliśmy z Grupą Eskadra podczas organizacji oficjalnej premiery nowego samochodu marki MAZDA CX-5. Event odbywał się w halach lotniska Okęcie i stworzony był z wykorzystaniem nowatorskiej technologii Skyactiv. W premierze brało udział 420 os., a nasza Agencja zadbała o wysoką jakość potraw oraz serwisu cateringowego. Dnia 05 kwietnia 2012 r. odbyło się spotkanie Wielkanocne 150 pracowników firmy Novartis. Na stołach królowały Rozmaitości jajeczne, Mięsa pieczone, Przekąski zimne, Sałatki, a także Barszcz biały z jakiem i chrzanem, Pieczona biała kiełbasa w sosie śmietanowo-chrzanowym oraz Baby wielkanocne i Mazurki.

W naszej uroczystości wzięło udział ok. 450 osób, natomiast w trakcie przerwy między seansami filmów Agencja Cateringowa Party Sp. z o.o. zorganizowała wspaniały koktajl dla niniejszej liczby osób." - Sławomir Jędrzejewski, Dyrektor ds. Dnia 02 lutego 2012 zajęliśmy się organizacją bankietu w stylu sportowym dla firmy Escadra - 70 os. Kolorystyka nawiązywała do barw AC Milan: czerń i niebieski. Natomiast do stołu nasi kelnerzy serwowali włoskie menu i wyborne wina. Zajęliśmy się również organizacją Open Baru dostępnego do późnej godziny wieczornej.

Dnia 31 stycznia 2012 r. zajęliśmy się organizacją Bankietu Noworocznego dla 100 gości Korpusu Dyplomatycznego. Wśród dań goście smakowali m.in. Filety łososia w świeżych ziołach, Wołowinę pieczoną z sosem balsamicznym czy Przysmak z gęsiny z jabłuszkami rajskimi. Zapewniliśmy również dekoracje kwiatowe z nowoczesnym stylu oraz obsługę kelnerską na najwyższym poziomie.
 

W dniu 21.12.2011 zorganizowaliśmy spotkanie wigilijne dla pracowników Urzędu Lotnictwa Cywilnego (90 os.). Zapewniliśmy świąteczne dania ciepłe, zimne przekąski, sałatki, ciasta oraz opłatek. Uroku dodawały również świąteczne dekoracje, nad porządkiem w trakcie spotkania czuwał kelner.

Dnia 15.12.2011 r. zorganizowaliśmy dla firmy Delux Event uroczystą kolację na 65 os.

W dniach 25-26.11.2011 zajęliśmy się obsługą konferencji zorganizowanej przez firmę EVMACO Events, Marketing & Conferences w Centrum Konferencyjno-Kongresowym na ul. Bobrowieckiej. W zakres naszych prac wchodziły:

Dnia 29 września 2011 r. nasza Agencja zorganizowała business lunch w trakcie konferencji "Languages mean business" koordynowanej przez firmę Team Work, w Centralnej Bibliotece Rolniczej, na Krakowskim Przedmieściu w Warszawie. Spotkanie zorganizowano dla 174 osób w formie zasiadanej przy stołach podłużnych.

Dnia 09 września 2011 r. zajęliśmy się organizacją bankietu dla 450 uczestników konferencji „Żywność i żywienie XXI wieku”, która jest jedną z flagowych imprez organizowanych w ramach Polskiej Prezydencji w Radzie Unii Europejskiej. Uroczystość organizowaliśmy z ramienia Instytutu Sadownictwa w Skierniewicach, a miała ona miejsce w Arkadach Kubickiego, w pobliżu urokliwej warszawskiej Starówki.

Dnia 08 września 2011 r. zajęliśmy się organizacją bankietu dla 450 uczestników konferencji „Food and nutrition in 21st century”, która jest jedną z flagowych imprez organizowanych w ramach Polskiej Prezydencji w Radzie Unii Europejskiej. Uroczystość organizowaliśmy z ramienia Instytutu Sadownictwa w Skierniewicach, a miała miejsce w Centralnej Bibliotece Rolniczej, w pobliżu urokliwej warszawskiej Starówki.

Dnia 07 września 2011 r. w Centrum Nauki Kopernika odbyły się lunch i przerwa kawowa w trakcie konferencji zorganizowanej przez firmę Intercrac.

On 11th July 2011 there was a festive lunch for 150 people on the occasion of the beginning of EU presidency by Poland. VIPs from abroad took part in it. Our agency not only provided delicious dishes for lunch, but also arranged for a tent hall with a hang up gala and stylish chandeliers, round banquet tables, loose covered chairs, as well as beautiful flower decorations.

Commission of the European Communities, Joint Research Centre, Brussels, Belgium cooperated with Party Catering Agency Ltd while organizing a repast for a conference on 7th July 2001 which took place in the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw. We prepared and organised a conference lunch as well as a coffee break for 180 conference participants, and –additionally - a coffee break for 30 journalists.

On 12th June 2011 we organised a festive picnic for 250 employees of E. Leclerc on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the firm in Poland. The guests started the event with a welcome drink and warm buffet lunch. Later everybody went to see the performance of “Calabria” Equestrian Theatre. Another element of the meeting was a sitting banquet prepared by our agency in a large tent hall with a hang up gala. We not only provided delicious dishes and the best drinks, but also suitable equipment, a beautiful arrangement and professional service.

On 3rd June 2011 we organised a picnic for 350 employees of Construction Technology Institute. In addition to delicious grilled dishes and cold beer we also provided tent halls, canopies, umbrellas, tables and wooden benches, as well as little tables and plastic chairs. A dance floor was installed in a separate place; we also provided for suitable music hiring a DJ.

On 25th May 2011 we organised a banquet for 50 people for European Commission Representation in Poland. The guests tasted such dishes as rump steak with shallots, roast vegetables and herb butter, or chicken breast pickled in yoghurt, curry, paprika and ginger served with apples.

On 19th April 2011 Vision Group firm acting in the field of public relations conducted a conference in which 80 people participated. Our agency organised a cocktail party during the conference break. The tables were full of cocktail and banquet snacks, decorative canapés, mini desserts as well as hot and cold drinks.

On 21st April 2011 an Easter meeting for 60 people took place at Lewiatan - Polish Confederation of Private Employers. The guests tasted among other things such dishes as: stuffed eggs, smoked fish, herring of different flavours, fish terrine with eggs, tomatoes with mozzarella and pesto, white borsch with eggs and horseradish, dumplings filled with sauerkraut and mushrooms, or Easter shortbread.

On 20th April 2011 an Easter meeting for 80 people took place in Capital Thermal Power Energy Enterprise, Joint-Stock Company. The tables were rich with Easter eggs filled with different kinds of stuffing, white borsch with eggs and horseradish, roast white sausage, baked tilapia with leeks, roast ham, pâtés, roast meat, salads, Easter cakes and Easter shortbread.

On 21st April 2011 an Easter meeting for 100 people took place at McKinsey & Company. The firm employees in a festive mood tasted a variety of egg snacks as well as baked tilapia with leeks, roast ham, roast duck with apples, or fried sliced aubergine / zucchini in parmesan and green parsley.

On 20th April 2011 we organised a conference lunch and coffee break for 270 participants of a conference organised by Delux Event in one of the rooms of EXPO XXI Warsaw Centre. The guests tasted among other things: roast turkey breast with radicchio, flavoured carrots and sesame, pork rump steak with shallots, roast vegetables and herb butter, or sole with coloured peppers and black olives.

On 19th, 20th and 21st April 2011 we did a whole day’s catering for 130 people at a business meeting organised by Huawei Polska Sp. z o.o. The tables were full of such dishes as the Polish Platter, the Copenhagen Platter, the French Platter, the Greek Platter, the Italian Platter and a stand of eggs served with mousses and quail eggs with red caviar.

On 23rd March 2011 in Batory Foundation took place a conference entitled “Change for the better”. The conference was organised by SMG KRC and about 100 people took part in it. In a beautifully sun-filled foyer our agency organised the conference lunch and the coffee break.
The participants tasted such hot dishes as pork loins in cream-chanterelle sauce and roast sole in gorgonzola cheese and spinach.
 

On 23rd 2011 in the main building of Warsaw University the European Commission organised a student debate entitled “Straight to Presidency. A forum.“ Our agency organised a refreshment for 250 people. The participants fortified themselves with sandwiches and decorative sandwiches with different additives, as well as warm and cold drinks, to be able to continue the meeting in full of energy condition

On 18th March 2011 the Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany organised a music concert for its guests at Stanisław Moniuszko Memorial Association of Music Schools. Our agency saw to the arrangements for the supper for 250 people. From among warm dishes the guests tasted pork Zűrich style, chicken in cream sauce, and coconut salmon lollipops. Cold buffet dishes, salads and dessert were to follow.

On 24^th February 2011 took place 2011 Oscar Night organised in Femina Cinema by Agora S.A.  450 people were invited. During the break in performance the guests were invited for a cocktail party which started with a glass of champagne or wine, then they tasted appetizers, cold snacks and exclusive cocktail snacks, as well as canapés. The party ended with sweets and cold drinks.

On 9th February 2011 we organised a conference lunch for 100 participants of the conference meeting at Ministry of Regional Development in Warsaw. The guests tasted among other things salmon fillets with fried vegetables, roast pork with broccoli in cream sauce and boneless chicken shins with thyme.

New Year’s banquet on the occasion of meeting with the Diplomatic Corps took place on 2nd February 2011; 100 people took part in it. The guests tasted cold banquet snacks, warm cocktail snacks, appetizers, canapés and delicious desserts.

On 1st February 2011 we organised catering for 200 people of AMS Concept Agency at TORWAR skating rink. During the break in games and amusements the guests fortified themselves with: hot soup made from fermented rye flour served with eggs, Hungarian goulash soup, Old Polish stewed dish made of sauerkraut, meet and mushrooms, chickem legs in honey Canadian style, hot dogs, decorative sandwiches, different kinds of cake, as well as hot and cold drinks.

On 20th January 2011 Education System Development Foundation and European Commission organised jointly a conference in Kinoteka cinema in Warsaw. Our agency prepared dishes and drinks which were served during the coffee-breakfast break; we also served a conference lunch for 200 people. Additionaly, the place was decorated with flowers in dark red and white.

90 people from Coca-Cola Poland Services Sp. z o.o. met during a training on 12th January 2011. During the break in the meeting the participants were served dishes prepared by our firm. These, among other things, consisted of elegant platters with a set of starters, exclusive cocktail snacks, decorative sandwiches, a stand of grilled vegetables, salads, and sliced fruit plus Party mix cocktail cakes for dessert.

Opening of M.R. Sound Ltd took place on 23^rd September 2010. The firm specializes in full sound production for all the types of film forms, from translations and preparing dialogue lists to dubbed and voice over productions. Well-known actors and VIPs were among the guests invited for the celebration. Our agency prepared the culinary setting, the flower arrangement and provided the necessary equipment, service and a multi-area canopy.

On 15th February in Kamienica Theatre took place a celebration of the 100th anniversary of the day of Mrs Irena Sendler’s birth (Honorary Citizen of Warsaw, Heroine of the World). Catering during the ceremony was provided by our firm.

We prepared a cocktail party for ARC. The occasion was Woody Allen’s film “Whatever Works” premiere which took place in Kultura Cinema. The guests were treated with canapés and fanciful orange-coloured cocktail snacks prepared by our cooks.
