Roman-style party
Our waiting staff and the hostesses had been suitably made up. The replica of the Roman Colosseum including the arena where bloody fights took place, added to the eery air of the event. Beautiful “ancient Roman women” moved their bodies into the rhythm of harp music. Their erotic dancing made the male part of the audience shout and simulate gladiatorial contests.
Banquet for PSV
The Polish Vending Association was for the first time a direct organizer of Expo XXI Fair. That is why the organizers decided to invite all their exhibitors to the banquet which we helped them organize on the first day of the Fair. The event took place in Central Agricultural Library and thanks to this the guests could see the historic part of Warsaw. R. Band from Trójmiasto played a concert there during the event.The event took place in the Lecture Hall which was wonderful, as the participants went into a big terrace from where there was a splendid view to Warsaw’s Old Town Marketplace. As far as catering is concerned .... see for yourselves what the buffet looked like.
Piknik w Powsinie
Sezon piknikowy rozpoczęty!! Dla dzieci z Domu Dziecka "Chata" zorganizowaliśmy piknik na terenie Parku Kultury w Powsinie, gdzie czekały na najmłodszych gości dmuchane atrakcje oraz liczne konkurencje sportowe i plastyczne z nagrodami. Największą atrakcją jednak był londyński piętrowy autobus, który przywiózł dzieci na miejsce. Zespół PARTY przez cały czas czuwał, aby nikt nie był głodny. Pizza, hamburgery i słodycze a na koniec imprezy pieczenie kiełbasek przy ognisku - mniam, mniam, mniam ... Zapraszamy do obejrzenia zdjęć z imprezy.
St Andrew’s Eve party
The last St Andrew’s Eve was full of events. Commercial Union organized an opening party for its employees in BlueCity shopping centre, which was connected with introduction of a new service type into the Warsaw market. The most important part of the party was vocal performance of employees singing to chosen music tracks. The participants were dressed in costumes similar to those worn by their idols. You could also learn your future from professional fortune-tellers.
Family picnic
We organized a family picnic for Warbud. Employees of the firm and their families were invited to the event. That is why we provided entertainment for the kids. Supervised by professional animators the kids took part in various art games and sports. They could also play on air cushion devices and ride ponies. There were many interesting attractions which we prepared for adults, the main one being a football game played by the employees. During the event the guests were being taken care of by our hostesses and a professional MC.
Garden Party
We prepared a Garden Party for Law Office. The event was organized to celebrate a jubilee of the Co-founder of this firm. Our agency took care for the technical setting of the event. We planned many attractions for the event. The guests who had enough courage to pose could have their smiling caricature drawn by a caricaturist. The youngest guests could play on a slide with plastic balls. A special team of organizers saw to the children’s games and art competitions. A modern balloon decoration as well as abundant flower arrangement enriched the event with colourful features corresponding to the firm’s logo. Grill Party
This is a typical grill party. “Fatty continental sausage”, roasted ribs, homemade lard and draught beer make you forget the real world …for a while, at least.
Fish Party
We organized an untypical Christmas event for McKinsey, which we do annually. This time the leitmotiv of the event were fish, hence it was entitled “Fish Party”. As the name suggests, the guests delighted exclusively in the taste of fish dishes and seafood. Special lights and an exceptional setting transferred the guests into underwater world.
PLUS for children
We organized an open-air event for children in co-operation with PLUS. Our technical staff were taking care of the children’s safety, while our waiting staff provided the tables with all the special delicious dishes. The kids keenly took part in contests and fought for prizes until the end. Some of the kids lacked strength, others lacked patience, but all of them reached the finish with a smile on their faces.
